Joseph Sayer is the owner and operator of CR Management. He and his staff offer a wide range of services essential for excellent property management including marketing, screening, contracts, negotiations, financial background and professional maintenance. Joe, a graduate of Montana State University in Bozeman, is a licensed Realtor ™ with extensive experience in financial investment management as well as real estate and professional property management. His experiences as both a property owner and a former tenant give Joe important insights into both sides of the property management equation.

Joe said that a unique aspect of CR Management is that all of his clients — both owners and renters — have his personal phone number. When they call, he responds immediately. Joe has lived in the Gallatin Valley for more than 15 years. An avid hunter, hiker, in his free moments he can be found on a trout stream or on one of the area’s many hiking trails with his dog, Decoy.
